Why and how CoWorking Spaces boost your creativity!

Swietlica CoWork - a creative space that will boost your creativity

Coworking is an arrangement in which like-minded professionals who are not employed by the same organization, work independently or collaboratively in a shared office. That allows cost savings and convenience through the use of common infrastructures, such as equipment, utilities, and amenities found in a typical office space. But people who are self-employed or working for different employers who use these types of spaces also share other valuable things: ideas, connections, and knowledge. Co-working can boost your productivity, employees thrive!

The mix of a well-designed work environment and a well-curated work experience are probably part of the reason people who co-work demonstrate higher levels of thriving than their office-based counterparts. But what matters the most for these high levels of flourishing is that people who co-work have real autonomy and can be themselves at work.

We attended a photoshoot at a vibrant co-working space in Gdansk a few weeks ago. Paulina Haak, founder of Swietlica CoWork was the art director and photographer of the lookbook for an eyewear brand. Michal was modeling and I was silently stalking backstage, checking out the amazing office and studios! The atmosphere was amazing, it was a lot of fun creating beautiful content with professionals like supertalented Nionia Kiko or Makeup Artist Julia Morawska.

Swietlica CoWork is a creative space on the map of our city, filled with inspiring people who work together and form a supportive creative community. Working, developing, and pursuing your passion and work is made easy in this beautifully decorated place. Precious, especially during pandemic times where it can get hard to find motivation working from home. Paulina Haak and Katarzyna Bartoszewicz established this space in Gdansk to offer creatives a place to work together, they open doors to unusual projects and collaborations. You can find packages for renting out desks, organizing workshops, or events on their website: Świetlica Collective Space.
